30 minute small group interval training class. Achieve maximum results with a challenging full body bootcamp style workout in an express format.
45 minutes interval training class focusing on legs, core and pelvic floor strength. Includes the use of light to medium weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Finish with cardio drills and stretching.
Goddess Sculpt: 45 minutes, Integrating moves from Yoga, Pilates & Barre, this class will sculpt your arms, abs and buns using small isometric exercises meant to tone tighten and lengthen your body.
Mommy & Me Yoga: 45 minute class for new moms and their little ones. Gentle and playful poses to relax the body, clear the mind, and bring you and baby even closer. Babies 6 weeks to 8 months (Pre-crawlers) only please.

Prenatal yoga postures specially designed to strengthen your body and build flexibility and openness.

Gods & Goddesses: 1 hour of Yin restorative poses for male & female athletes. Improve overall flexibility and performance. Pre-registration REQUIRED for this class. Thank you!
Goddess Yin Sessions: 45 minutes of blissful Yin yoga restoration for your body, mind and spirit.
Goddess Flow: 60 minutes, All-levels basic Vinyasa Flow class. A moderately paced practice that will leave you feeling refreshed. Now also in a Full-length format (75min) on Wed mornings at 9:30.
Yoga Fundamentals60 minutes, Ideal for beginner and experienced yogis who want to focus on core yoga postures with proper breath and alignment
